Nate Johnson is a seasoned leader in the trucking and logistics industry with nearly 30 years of hands-on experience. After starting his career as a professional driver, Nate went on to found his own trucking company, lead operations across both asset and brokerage models, and oversee professional services at a leading Transportation Management System (TMS) provider.

Today, as Founder and CEO of GLCS, Inc., he leads a team focused on solving the toughest technology and IT challenges facing trucking and logistics companies from Managed IT Services to TMS support, integrations, and software optimization. Nate is also the host of the Driving Forward Podcast, where he brings together voices across the industry to share insights, tackle challenges, and spotlight the tech shaping the future of logistics.

 He currently resides in Lakeville, Minnesota.
