 how does a Business Process Assessment work?

The Business Process Assessment (BPA) starts with an initial discovery call, followed by a kickoff meeting at your facility with your key team members. During this meeting, we will discuss pain points and areas of concern specific to both asset and non-asset-based organizations. We conduct interviews with your subject matter experts, ranging from sales and marketing to operations, driver recruitment, and accounting.

 
 

From these interviews, we create a comprehensive BPA document that identifies areas of concern with suggested remediations to address those issues. This document may also include a proposed technology roadmap or recommendations on how to optimize your current technology. It is meant to be a high-level document with actionable recommendations, but it will quickly identify areas that require further examination. We will work with you to implement the suggested remediations based on your priorities and where you need our assistance the most. In 90% of cases, we can help resolve these issues or, at minimum, advise you on who can help.
